keeping busy in a store that sells equipment for a game i love.

Cons

Updated computer has added many steps to take someones $$,looking up inventory more difficult,orders more difficult,store transfers difficult as well.far to many steps for someone who has just spent 1 hr selling and fitting the customer.Then very little pay.

Pros

Edwin Watts has some of the most fun employees a company could ask for, who genuinely care about golf, their customers and making sure everyone has a good time.

Cons

Executive Management no longer cares about anyone who works at their stores. It is strictly a numbers business, with reprimands coming merely cause a spreadsheet doesn't add up. Not the way it used to me.
