Pros

Eezy has a great work environment and everyone are team players. Everyone is always willing to pitch in and help no matter what. There are always new exciting projects coming along, so that helps the work to not get redundant.

Cons

Full benefits aren't offered, but that actually works out better for me with my circumstances.
