Pros

Great company, interesting product, a management team that actually cares and likes results but doesn’t micromanage. There’s a ton of support for career growth and the culture is very relaxed. I’m constantly telling my family how lucky I am to be apart of this company.

Cons

I’d be lying if I had anything negative to say about this company.

Pros

Eezy is a great place to work that values the happiness of their employees and the company culture. These values are shown through a multitude of benefits provided, generous paid time off, regular company health surveys, meetings, and events, fair work load quantity and hours, flexible and remote work opportunities, growth opportunities, and more.

Cons

Not a con but since this section is required, Eezy regularly evaluates and always works to improve any areas that require growth in the company.
