Pros

- Eezy walks the walk with their culture. Everyone I've interacted with has been truly supportive, encouraging, and professional. - Remote working - Great technology stack and employee benefits - Working directly at a technology company provides lots of opportunities to learn new things and be exposed to new technology - Still a nimble organization despite growing quickly, provides cool career advancement

Cons

- Working in a new business unit can present unique challenges where there are not a lot of dedicated processes put in place. This can be a fun challenge, but it can also create the need for team members to temporarily wear lots of hats and be flexible.

Pros

From top level management down, everyone at Eezy is enthusiastic to deliver the best possible end user experience. The organization cares about its employees and there is room for personal and professional growth. Supporting flexible work schedules and remote work is also a bonus!

Pros

I have worked at Eezy for about one year, full time. There is great collaboration across the entire company and everyone is always willing to jump in and help. The C-Level team is fantastic and each person brings a unique and effective approach to their position. The success of this company and their employees happiness absolutely trickles down from the top.

Cons

I have none to note.
