Pros
1) You will learn so much if you join as a fresher. Dear experienced candidates don't even think of joining here. 2)We will get more exposure to the domain and more opportunity to explore but the sad part is you must be a puppet to the higher officials, your words or opinions doesn't matter here.
Cons
1)Worst leave policy/hike policy. Here HRs are more concerned to profit themselves more than us(HR means not human resource, Humiliating resource). They will provide rules but they won't follow. Worst company in India is named may be because of this. 2)Even if you are strong, here managers will blame you and put a stamp on your face saying you are useless. 3)Don't think about appraisals here, few managers without knowing what work you do will provide rating 0 for you.
