Training employees in all fields of work like Hardware, Firmware and software and designing for almost 6 months( Because all candidates are freshers from colleges). Great Place to learn new things and new technologies. Seniors Employees and management will be just beside and clarify all doubts and shares very good knowledge. No Politics in work area and every employee in the company will be a good friend and helps you in technical problems. Can work in all round technologies (not only coding and hardware etc.,). A project will be handled by just 2 or 3 people. so one can involve in all phases of product development from Customer Requirements to site installation and support. Salaries are quite good for a fresher in Vijayawada because expenses are less. Provides good lunch. People worked Efftronics can work in any company with comfort and can get very good jobs with very high Packages in MNC's if you are experienced from Efftronics.
