No professionalism, people won't judge you by your work because they don't know what they want simply expect you to develop world class applications without even saying what actually they want from it. If we are wrong it's ok no one is perfect but they don't say what to do next simply they just mark you as useless. Appreciations are nightmares. Worst HR rules they will change them when ever and how ever they want. Saturday working day. They will fish you by telling rotational offs but in reality they make you to work extra 40min daily to compensate those rotational offs insane right. No work from homes. Just ask them how lift in their organization work you can decide how insane they are.
