Pros

Most of the employees are extremely dedicated to their work, and have gained considerable skill through practice and experience. The company works on a large variety of products ranging fields from railways management to weather monitoring to lighting solutions to water SCADA systems. You may get considerable exposure in terms of technical knowledge by working for them. Infrastructure is also quite good.

Cons

Several of the company's policies are unnecessarily strict and unreasonable. From extremely strict timings to inadequate leaves, the employees need to be given more freedom.
