Pros
It's absolutely right place for any beginner (let it be a technical role or non-technical role). One will acquire knowledge about the process in a product development company.Everyone gets a chance to express their views/ideas to management. Everybody will fall in love with their job and which can't be realized so easily... There is a lot of scope for learning... Be a member of Efftronics.. it will teach you how to survive in this competitive world. Gaining experience in efftronics will make us to face any sort of challenges. Finally I would like to say it's always a best platform for beginners.
Cons
Pre-defined Process will be skipped most of the times. (Process is confined only for the sake of documentation but never followed). Not good for Diploma graduates ( Customer Support Department) Multiple Persons decision making irritates (which always hinders the progress)
