Pros

Really great company to work for. I've been in my role for about a month now, and it's clear I've come in at a time of major growth and change. With the fresh start comes a small team - most of which have recently joined the company as well. I feel like I get to make a difference, being creative ideas to multiple areas of the business, and shape my own path. Plus, the new Boulder office is awesome!

Cons

None really. I came from a sort of rowdy tech culture which I kind of miss, and TestPlant is very relaxed. But I wouldn't consider this a con.

Pros

This is an exciting time to be part of Testplant. The product is at the forefront of UX, AI, and automation. Solves an important business need. The majority of people are smart, motivated, and above all fun to work with. Lots of opportunities to make an impact.

Cons

Given the fast-paced growth, communication can be a challenge.

Pros

This is a fast growth tech company with a really cool product to offer which competes well in the market place. There is a great culture at TestPlant and it's a brilliant company if you are looking to learn and progress quickly and really develop your career.. particularly if you are a grad or relatively new in your career. There is a great team culture and it's a fun place to work.

Cons

Dealing with different countries can sometimes mean unusual or long hours.
