Pros
TestPlant is an amazing place to work. Not only does TestPlant offer tremendous benefits and more vacation time than you can think to do with, the people you work with are all extraordinarily helpful and fun to be around. The products TestPlant offers are extremely innovative and disruptive in their sector and the more I learned the more I became infatuated with technology in general which promoted me to go back to school to learn more. I can definitely see myself back at TestPlant in a different role when I'm done.
Cons
I really didn't see any downsides that wouldn't be experienced in any other entry level sales role. In fact, since our outbound BD team is so new things are a lot more flexible and you have more freedom in terms of how to creatively reach out to prospects.
