Exciting, challenging, rewarding

Pros

You can to work directly with some of the most exciting companies in the world. The management team always make sure you are doing new things and challenging yourself. The work is very varied, where in one day you could be on site with a customer, writing a blog post or creating code. The companies revenue has grown rapidly over my time here, allowing us to expand the product range through acquisitions and partnerships.

Cons

Unfortunately, due to London's inclement weather, we don't get to use the lovely roof terrace as much as we would like.

The office was decent, some nice people work there.

Cons

Micro management by people that have no experience and no desire to change. Narcissism and dysfunction at it's worst. This is a warning to not work here in sales unless you enjoy being abused for the benefit of others.
