Love the teamwork the friends and I truly have joy going into the office.

Cons

Headaches exist everywhere but this is the best sales org I’ve been part of. Process simplification would always be welcome.

The company culture at this company is like none other, everybody collaborates together, shares ideas that are heard and every person is equally respected. Senior Leadership is very involved in the company and accessible to you, they don't hide behind middle management. The office is an energetic environment where colleagues get together and crush it! Company is very friendly to hybrid or remote working based off employees needs.

Cons

Not joining Egnyte earlier in my career.
