The team is highly collaborative. Everyone is very open to sharing knowledge and experience. We are always learning together and teaching each other, even between departments. Egnyte is always growing. As needs arise, management is quick to fill the positions. Egnyte management and HR are both very committed to providing the best experience for each individual employee, as well as promoting collaboration. Egnyte is built around helping other businesses succeed. The solution is user focused and always evolving to better assist enterprise users.
Cons
Many departments are generally expected to know about all of the different softwares and solutions rather than individuals specializing in a few. My department specifically has many projects per individual which can be hectic and hard to manage. Sometimes we work odd hours due to project deadlines and differences in timezones.
