      You can really stretch your legs. Meaning, there are so many opportunities for an employee to be able to make an impact!

      Pros

      I love the people I work with and the opportunities I have been given to take next steps in my career. There is never a dull moment here at Egnyte.

      Cons

      There is always more work to do so it can be a bit overwhelming at times. I prefer to think of this as a benefit since I have never been bored at work.
