      Pros

      Many growth opportunities. Love coming in everyday to be a part of this ride. Having been around startups, don't take this for granted. The energy and sense of teamwork in the company is what does it for me.

      Cons

      Not enough hours in the day...there are so many things to do. Prioritization and focus can be challenging at times.

      Challenging fast-paced place to work at and interact with experienced/bright engineers. Flexible hours as long as the work is done. Strong funding in place backing up the company - opportunities to work on varied and interesting projects.

      Not much collaboration between various product teams

      Work on cutting edge projects and learn from a great team. Opportunity to contribute on many cross functional roles and have much larger impact than working in silos. Good visibility and appreciation across the board.

      Cons

      Office space to handle growth. There should be more company sponsored social events.
