Egnyte is a young company, not really a start-up anymore. It's a nice place to work, work-life balance is good, and the opportunity for career advancement has increased tremendously over the last 1-2 years, especially within the marketing organization. The company is growing, making good decisions with executive hires, and continuously moving in the right direction.

I’ve worked at Egnyte for 2 years+ now and I’ve really enjoyed it. We have a lot of great perks like 2 free lunches/week, stipends for the gym and commute. There’s also a great selection of snacks and beverages here in the office and the people are friendly and hardworking. Unlike most big companies, in my experience I have been given more responsibilities which I believe will eventually translates to be able to make a larger impact. Egnyte’s culture is all about driving your own destiny to success. I’ve seen quite a few people come and go because they are used to the cushy jobs, but here you have the ability to contribute to bigger ideas and make a difference. So if you’re proactive and have a desire to excel, then this is the place for you. I’m a thirty something year old woman in tech and it’s always hard to have your voice heard especially in an alpha male dominant tech industry. My manager is always advocating my ability to make changes and bring ideas to the table and I am really grateful for those opportunities. I’ve had some issues in the past with my male counterparts suppressing my ability to voice concerns, but my manager and the HR team really worked with me to fix these issues.
