Pros

Egnyte has an empowering and respectful culture where leaders listen to you and appreciate good work. This kind of culture is not commonly seen in companies, especially in India. Very non-hierarchial structure and usually three is a lot of independence. Pay and benefits are also good in India.

Cons

Cross team collaborations could be difficult at times.
