      Pros

      They provide the tools to be successful, great culture, great management (Spokane), work/life balance, lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays, awesome snacks

      Cons

      Sometimes asked to hit a moving target, remote office feels cut off/unheard by corporate office, disconnect between corporate level management and end user at times

      Pros

      - Stumbled upon the right space at the right time. - the company has been fiscally responsible and spent a lot less money than competitors

      Cons

      - The CEO is killing his baby. He has a massive ego and will listen only to a few people. He sees everything in black and white. You're either in favor or you're out. He takes himself a bit too seriously, sometimes comically so: there was a phase when he appeared to consider himself a Steve Jobs. - Very high turnover at the exec and sr management levels directly attributable to the CEO and his arbitrary decision-making. I can't keep track of the number of former execs any more. It's not unusual for people to huff out of meetings with the CEO or resign on the spot. - Environment is very political. You're either in favor or you're left out. - Work is intense, but not in a fun way.

      Solid company with great market potential

      Pros

      Great product, in fact the best in the market. Large market. The team is distributed but great to work with. Everyone wants to win. Been at other companies before; having a hands on management team committed to winning and working in the trench is not common. Thats a big plus. Made my quota last 3 quarters running and cant wait to get to the next level.

      Cons

      Competitive market but if you want a great product to sell, this is the place to be.
