      Multiple opportunities to solve problems, and try yourself in different roles, work with great people.

      Cons

      The organization is still in the transition process to Business Agility, therefore the Portfolio Management process needs to be established alongside a few shifts in culture.

      Pros

      Great engineering culture. Healthy management-employee relationships. Large scale products with interesting challenges and an impact you can feel. Definitely a good place to grow as an engineer.

      Cons

      Very limited, but definitely present crunch time & after hours calls. Coordination between teams could be better. It's often frustrating working with people outside of your immediate product. Engineers are given quite a lot of autonomy to organize themselves, but don't count on a scrum master to help out. The company doesn't pay much attention to improving the engineering process.
