Pros
Exciting space, tons of competition and lots of potential from a company standpoint Management is figuring out that it's extremely competitive, and to keep employees, you can't pinch every penny There are some very smart people, who are trying to move the needle and are willing to do what it takes
Cons
a history of penny pinching benefits are average at best salaries could be a bit higher some turnover in upper management, but that seems to be changing being around the google campus, the traffic can sometimes be crappy
