Pros

Coworkers are collaborative and readily answer questions when asked. Technology is easy to use yet comprehensive and secure. Technology adapts and morphs at lightning speed. Leadership, including founders, are down to earth and human. Several of them actually sat at my table during our recent SKO which was shocking, awesome, and intimidating. My onboarding was personal and interactive with a well defined roadmap from day 1.

Cons

In my role I am fully remote, meeting coworkers face to face is not a thing. Technology adapts and morphs at lightning speed (yes I put this in both for a reason). Name recognition outside of certain verticals is challenging.

Super engaged leadership team from the CEO down to the front lines.

Cons

We are always really busy and have to be adaptable. I don't see that as a downside, but as a great opportunity to continue my growth as a seller.
