      Pros

      The product is great and works really well. Coworkers are a blast to be around. Nice perks (eat club, beer keg, etc.) The founders of the company are super nice. Rajesh is especially rad to work with!

      My direct manager was terrible.

      Pros

      Company takes the time to make sure everyone knows the product well. You'll find all employees get ample amounts of product and partner training. Salary/Stock Options are really not good, although benefits are fairly generous.

      Cons

      Some of the management has excellent leadership, some do not. There a re a few that play politics and lead by fear. Still too early to tell if the company will succeed. CEO has great vision but the space is very crowded and we are a small fish in this market.
