- open and supportive team - good relationship with the Manager - great and qualified people throughout the company - high-level partnership cooperation - transparency regarding the company's sales goals and financial results - good atmosphere - many interesting integration events in the company

- lots of meetings that don't always add value - long decision-making process and approval process (typical for bigger companies)

-Company is growing so there are many opportunities -Understands a work-life balance -This is a place I call home, alot of employees have been here for a long time and this helps with building rapport and create pathways to success and long term goals -Company provides regular communication with new ideas and where the company is heading -Product is excellent! -Suburb Leadership!

Cons

-No company is perfect, I learned that anywhere you go there are pros and cons, you have to make what works for you and not your colleagues.
