They hire extremely like minded people. This is one of the best sales teams that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They hire from within for the most part when they are promoting. For a team to succeed day in and day out everyone on it has to work hard. At Egnyte that is not an issue.

Cons

The sales management is very dramatic and sabotages deals consistently. They don't allow AE's to have any room to run.
