      Pros

      I've been at Egnyte for a little more than two years now. My manager has been a great mentor to my journey here. He's provided me with the necessary training and development to start and succeed in my professional career here at the company. We have some great perks and benefits, but what I really like are my teammates and the culture that reasonates office wide here in Spokane. Great work place and great friendships.

      No 401K. Wished we had more lunches and education programs.

      In my team, everyone is willing to help and give you the time and resources to learn at your own pace. It's a casual, easygoing workplace environment; yet everyone is hardworking. Like the culture here.
