Don’t work here if you’re a woman. You’ll always be second class. First are Indian males. Then Israeli males. Then all other men. They pushed out our top notch executives that were women and replaced them with more Indian males. CEO complained about having to meet “female quota” for hiring and was dumb enough to say that on social media. Google “Egnyte hiring quotas” and an unflattering article will appear that supports this. Read it for yourself and think if this is the person you want as your leader.
Beyond that, CEO suffers from founders syndrome. You’ll never make a penny in equity and basically be working all the time. No one is happy - all the culture on social is about as fake as the 5 star reviews on this site.
