Pros

Great place to work

Cons

It was all about showing face. People would come in late and stay late just to show they are doing something. Plus one guy on the team was a total non team player. Plus my manager made up a bonus for me

Great tech start-up to work for

Pros

- The company moves at a pretty fast pace, so you'll have a lot of responsibility and good opportunities for professional development. - The office culture is pretty fun (including happy hours, poker nights, holiday celebrations, and the occasional nerf war) - The kitchen is always well-stocked with snacks, soda, etc. Lunch is provided for free 2x per week through EatClub. - This is a very hot space right now...especially after Box's IPO. - Executive leadership knows what they're doing and are open about corporate strategy, direction of the company, finances, etc.

Cons

Like many start-ups, the work culture here is not a 9-5. Many people work longer hours (and when needed, sometimes on the weekend too). Compensation here might also be lower than elsewhere for younger candidates with limited work experience (it was for me).

Pros

don't ever work here, even if last job on earth

Cons

Indian owned, terrible, worked 5 years in sales, made less money after 5 years, started at $130K in 2020, laid off/forced out in 2025 at $90K after bringing more revenue in over the 5 years. Sales Kick-off you have to share a hotel room with someone or pay extra for a single room. They forced 50+ people out of sales in the summer of 2025, putting them on made up performance reviews, mostly middle aged white men replaced with cheaper labor, 25-30 year old kids who they can pay even less. No customer service or billing department, partners and customers cant understand confusing bills and have nobody to contact. One month severance was given for 5 years of service. Yes they also make it very difficult to migrate your data out. No career advancement
