Pros

True teamwork, collaboration globally and real energy. Very good and intentional communication and transparency about direction from leaders. Opportunity for broad experience and movement in role, and excellent constant support. Obvious energy in the wider teams, and chance to contribute to many initiatives.

Cons

Sometimes the time zone differences mean comms at slightly unsocial times, and slight delays in actions.

Some of the remote leaders and team mates are a little disconnected.
