      Pros

      Nice company in that it is in a growing industry. There are a lot of challenges and management is committed to success. A lot of great people. Good location and nice building.

      Cons

      More than normal turnover which is confusing. You expect a certain amount but there is more here. May be a reflection of top management???

      RUN FOR THE HILLS....

      Pros

      When I started over 5 years prior, the company had great intentions to be a good company and treat people with respect and dignity. The culture was improving consistently. They were putting in the right people in the right positions to accelerate their growth.

      Cons

      It all went to garbage. Massive leadership issue. Greed and internal politics ruined everything. Women and minorities were actively marginalized. There are now no women at the Chief level and only a few women left at the VP level in the entire company. The entire finance organization was a total disaster, allowing incompetence, arrogance, pettiness, favoritism, and nastiness to reign supreme.
