      Pros

      Really enjoyed my time at Egnyte. There are a lot of bright people there who work really hard. If you have a good work ethic and enjoy being challenged, you'll like it. The CEO is a no BS kind of guy that gets things done and is very transparent.

      Cons

      If you're not accustomed to a fast-paced environment, you might not like it.

Additionally, Egnyte offers a highly supportive environment for career growth. For those interested in exploring other areas of the business, there are ample opportunities for internal mobility, making it a place where you can truly build a dynamic career.

      As a growing company, Egnyte is navigating the shift from a small startup to a mid-sized SaaS organization, and with this transition come inevitable growing pains. We’re steadily implementing repeatable and scalable processes that support our long-term growth and help move the business forward.
