      Good pay, Benefits were par with the industry, Time off was easy to get with the exception of busy season but that is understandable given the line of work. Majority of the upper staff are very friendly, eager to help you out

      Cons

      Wish there were more detailed SOP's when you are learning something new alot of the time its will be out on the field.
