Pros

Ability to work in complex industries and freedom to work without constant supervision. Salary was competitive and great work experience straight out of college

Cons

Long hours and stressful deadlines. Didn't always get the supervision required for a job. Internal management conflicts and a lack of office unity. Some abuse of power from senior associates.

The Company is very flexible in work arrangements, has great culture and promotes work/life benefit.

Cons

The Company could increase the compensation to be on par for the size of firm they are. Also, communication could be better.

Culture. Culture. Culture. Public accounting that actually believes in a work life balance. Great place to gain experience and grow within the company.

Cons

There are really no cons to note outside of those associated with public accounting as a whole (lots of hours, travel, etc)
