The company is expanding aggressively, which is great to see. However, more attention should be given to internal matters such as compensation, promotions, benefits, and listening to employee feedback. Neglecting these areas can harm morale and create challenges from within that could ultimately hinder long-term success.

Relatively flexible work life balance.

Cons

Low pay, increasing work loads. Performance is not rewarded, but 110% effort is expected. Diminishing value proposition for trying to make partner. Culture no longer feels like a priority.
