Salary, benefits, holidays and PTO, resources and training, managerial support, tools, small team environment, leadership program for partnership track and an internal exchange program for staff through Managers to experience other industries and service lines.

Cons

Other than my personal experience and decision to step away from public accounting I have nothing negative to say about Eide Bailly.
