Work social events and training events are top notch. Smart people, competetive.

Cons

Inexperienced lower management lead to a poor experience overall. As an auditor I felt like part of an assembly line and was overmanaged, set with unrealistic expectations. No down time. Busy season is nuts. Very high turnover.
