Quick contact from recruiter for initial interview.

Cons

Recruiter provided no follow up and ignored emails and follow up text. “Ghosting” individuals is extremely unprofessional. It takes a matter of seconds to inform a potential candidate that they are no longer being considered. If recruiters cannot have those tough conversations, they should consider another role.

Pros

Very strong support system and structure of promotion ladder. Potential to be extremely successful Lots of team outings and tight knit culture if that is what you are looking for

Cons

It can be incredibly challenging to find initial success. You have to be a very hard grinder to do well. They are very micromanaging on weekly KPIs and if you cannot hit them week in and week out they will find someone else who can.
