      Too many integrations,company can’t get stable. Culture is a mess

      Pros

      Good attempt at culture when it can be managed, good mid level and senior bosses.

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance. Continue to cut jobs without planning so those left have to take on more and more work. Constantly chasing shareholder approval so decisions are sporadic and short term

      Pros

      I can't think of anything positive except getting a paycheck on time.

      Cons

      The good, decent people were smart enough to rush out the door leaving a bunch of bullies moving disjointedly in all directions. To think that products coming from such a dysfunctional place end up on our plates through the poor farm animals who are over drugged on behalf of profits for companies like Elanco is beyond horrifying.

      Pros

      Decent people at headquarters. Not so decent in the field.

      Cons

      The company does a lot of talking without anything to back it up. Lack of innovations, a lot of me too products, and a lot of management at a field level that does not meet the pillars the company has set forth.
