There is a lot of flexibility for doing the work and in the timings of choice. No constant hovering around. Gives space to learn.

Cons

The growth trajectory isnt very clear and there isnt a plan either.

Cons

Manufacturing senior leaders say they want people to speak up, but they don’t. Many senior leaders are technically great but lack people leadership skills. Good old boys club.
