Unimaginably flexible work schedule & environment. Competitive pay. Few meetings. Manageable workload.

Cons

VERY regulated - there is a form to fill out for requesting approval to fill out a form. Comes with the industry (pharma), though, so it isn't going away.

Pros

Great pay, unlimited breaks. I have learned a lot working for this company. I have met some life long friends.

Cons

Checks will be short if not calculated. They have too many social groups if one person dislikes you the others in the group including management will dislike you. More like a cultural vs a job. Must go into a cleanroom where you will sometimes sit for hours (4-5 hrs.). Filled with floating powder and very thin masks that stays in your lungs and nasal cavity for days. Will fire you and write you up off of what someone else says without giving you a chance to defend yourself. African Americans aren't favored at this company.
