Company culture, constant changes in priorities and personnel, poor communication across company. "Boy's club" mentality still prevalent.

Less internal competition now that a large portion of the sales force has been removed from the company.

Cons

A shameful company with even worse leadership. They actual have a group employees who monitor social media and sites like this one to combat negative reviews or stories concerning antibiotic use or Micotil deaths. They have been one of lowest performing animal health company for the past two years, leading to huge cuts in personnel. A cult like atmosphere, focusing internally on employees ‘whys’ versus what’s best for animals, veterinarians and the market.
