I love the culture at Elanco. I truly think that the people make this such an amazing place to work. I have felt welcomed since I started, I feel like the work I’m doing is meaningful, we have great pay and benefits, and our leaders are interactive with everyone.

Cons

Location of Greenfield, IN however, we are moving to downtown Indianapolis in October so that will be great.

Overall Elanco is a great place to work in IT. While the teams are on the smaller side your opportunities are endless. I’ve found that you can grow as much as you want. The culture that is not just talked about, but actually demonstrated by management is the best I have seen in my career. Of course not every day is perfect, but good is much greater than not good. Generally people seem to come and stay. I’ve seen very little turn over in all the different areas I work in.
