Elanco/Lilly has handled the acquisition of this site poorly. Intelligent voices are overlooked. Corporate influence trumps concerns of many hardworking employees. This site has been and is currently being used a stepping stone for some. Favoritism applied to those who are selected by Lilly, not necessarily those most knowledgeable with product/processes.
