      Pros

      Good benefits and average pay, intelligent and stimulating coworkers, team mentality culture, comfortable work environment, many well respected brands. Career growth opportunities due to downsizing for the right candidate

      Cons

      Significant cost cutting, workforce reductions, and resignations due to pending strategic review ownership decisions - which results in burying dedicated employees who’ve stayed. A culture of ‘change’ right now which can be unsettling. Many brands face generic pressure or consumer pressures (antibiotics)

      Pros

      The teams at Elanco are committed and passionate. They are also simply great people. It is a friendly environment and allows for casual feedback at all levels. For the most part, hierarchy doesn't prevent the sharing of ideas from anyone/everyone.

      Cons

      The organization has been getting "stuffy" with all of the talk of what's next. The transparency isn't where it used to be and some upper level managers have lost their respect for people and people's personal time.

      Lots of opportunity to do good at Elanco in the growing, exciting animal health industry

      Pros

      Elanco is in the fast-growing, maturing animal health industry. The company is fast-paced and there's lots of opportunity for employees to make their career what they want. One of the few companies I've been at where your "WHY" and doing good is so meaningful to the business.

      Cons

      With such a fast pace, there needs to be more focus on consistency.
