Too many processes and meeting, day-to-day job (e.g. emails, powerpoint presentation etc) could only be done after work

We strive to demonstrate that we actively listen and respond to feedback from our employees. We have implemented several and are working on a number of new proposals to improve our employee experience (e.g. connect week, meeting free days etc.)

Elanco is a very dynamic company. There is a lot opportunity as the organization evolves. The culture has been very inclusive and diversity is encouraged.

Cons

The changes may be destabilizing at times. With such a big organization and the WFH situation - getting to know and the personal connections is challenging.
