After Novartis aquisitions Elanco became a place of uncertanty and caos. Management was complety unprepared and transparency was complety lost. People were no longer Elanco first bet.

zero teamwork, every man for himself atmosphere, terrible work/life balance, constant fear of being laid off, bloated salesforce, terrible communication from managers, fear based leadership, it is clear that the only thing that matters is proving recent acquisitions were not a mistake by meeting the company dollar goal whether it's through sales or by cutting budgets and layoffs, micromanaging, ZERO company morale - expect to leave meetings overwhelmed and defeated instead of excited and full of pride, rarely a chance to play offence in the field, new products are becoming "me too" products
