You get to work with high integrity, smart, and passionate people Mission driven purpose Fun, growing industry

Cons

No real strategy or long term planning (always in fire drill mode) The integration with Bayer brought in good talent but was clearly a financial mistake and continues to put constraints on the ability to invest in the future No ability to plan. Constant budget cuts

Cons

When you're not on PTO you will work long hours to get your job done. Must take ownership of your work and your own career development, it will not be handed to you
