They like to move people around a lot, good if you're not happy but a con if you like where you're at or not ready to move.

Pros

very flexible work policies and they live the corporate values of integrity, respect, and excellence. They care about career planning and value a speak up culture and a One Elanco mindset (act like an owner and do what is best for the customer and the company).

Cons

A lot of growing pains as we have done several major acquisitions and separated from the previous parent company (Eli Lilly). We'll get there and I am excited about where we are headed.
