They do have a flexible schedule, and am left on my own most of the time. I love the people I work with.

Cons

Management. Didn't Have a supervisor for a month. I just stopped trying to contact anyone, as no one answered. Have asked for more hours, and never hear anything back.

Company offered high hourly pay and provided tablet and phone .

Cons

Bait and switch territories, expected training PTA to commute extra 3 hours a day on top of 8 hours of shadowing, not even in the assigned territory. Then they act like oops that was a mistake ?

Cons

Has no compassion for people, every patient is seen as a number for the bottom line. Upper management sees employees as their slaves & they will ask you to put 40,000+ miles on your personal vehicle and then fire you when it breaks down.
