GLC team was great to work with and like family till we merged with Elara

Cons

no advancement unless you have a in with the VP, no commissions, or raises ... favoritism is something terrible here - wouldn't recommend for a seasoned recruiter

Overworked and Under Paid. Lack support

I honestly cannot think of any pros. I feel like the field staff genuinely care about the patients.

Cons

Insurance is not great Management set high expectations for their workers but do not provide the support to their workers needed to meet expectations pay is low lack diversity in management & executive team'' Hostile work environment
